Tuesday, June 25, 2019 - 6:00 pm dinner; 7:00 pm meeting AT the Robert Russel Eastern Star Masonic Retirement Campus.

.  Hawaiian Shirt night! Plans include moving the entire meeting to the Eastern Star / Masonic Home. We have planned a prime rib dinner for just $15 each!  The catch is that your meal must be PREPAID to the Treasurer or Secretary by June 11.  The address is 2445 S. Quebec Street, Denver.  Meeting room is on the ground floor, just past the main lobby.

Thursday, July 4, 2019 - Independence Day
There are a lot of fun and patriotic events going on.  We have specifically been invited to support the Brothers of Park Hill Lodge, who will be participating in the Park Hill Parade. It starts at 1:30 on the 4th with registration and staging at 12:20 so we will meet at the Lodge at 12:00 so if you want to participate please reply to WBro Eric Driskell, ecd@trialdenver.com. The Parade route is 23rd Ave. between Dexter St. and Krameria St. in Park Hill. 

Saturday, July 20, 2019 - 7:30 am
ANNUAL PANCAKE BREAKFAST hosted by Revelation Lodge 180.  All are welcome!  Location is "Generals Park" on the Fitzsimmons campus.

Saturday, August 3, 2019 - all day
ANNUAL COMMUNICATION (aka Budget Session) OF GRAND LODGE OF COLORADO.  This will be in Colorado Springs and the top three officers of the Lodge are required to attend.  Any Master Mason may attend.

Saturday, August , 10 2019 - all  morning and maybe more.... LODGE BUILDING CLEAN-UP FIX-UP.  Join the fun.

Saturday, August , 17 2019 - Masonic Family Picnic and car show, at the Eastern Star / Masonic Home (2445 S. Quebec).  This is our official family picnic and is free to all members, friends and family.  Just lots of fun.  Overflow parking, with free shuttle service, is in the parking lot for the shopping center at Quebec and Illiff.

.... The next bus ride is August 31, 2019 (July 27 had to be cancelled due to low participation); ride the bus to Black Hawk for a day of fun at the Mardi Gras Casino.   It is very important to let Joan know you are coming!
---Have fun and support this major fundraising activity for Dawn Chapter 125, OES.
All members and friends of the Masonic family are welcome to join this event.

---Bus leaves from the lodge building promptly at 9:00 am (please be here by 8:45 am).

---It leaves Black Hawk for the return trip at 2:00 pm (arriving at the lodge around 3:00).
---Tickets are $15, and include a $5 lunch coupon from the casino and $5.00 credit on your Players Card (plus the round trip transportation).

When making your reservations, please provide your Players Card number or your legal name and birthdate, so that a Players Card can be waiting for you when we arrive.  This information will remain confidential and be destroyed once the Players Card is issued.

---Reservations are strongly encouraged to help planning, and in case a particular trip is changed!  It helps if you are a regular and notify Joan that you are NOT going on a particular outing.   WHEELCHAIR capable busses can be requested, but not at the last moment.  If you or a friend want to join the fun and need wheelchair help, call Joan as early as possible.
